New book chapter published in The Next Renaissance: Culture and Creativity shaping Europe

Together with Susa Pop, Martijn de Waal has co-written a book chapter titled Connecting People and Places: Why Culture-led Urban Developments are necessary for Resilient Cities. The chapter is part of “The Next Renaissance: Culture and Creativity shaping Europe” (Odile Jacob Publishing) – a book that presents makers and thinkers from the European Cultural Creative Sectors and Industries who are pushing for a new shift towards better systems in technologies and organisations, in cities and businesses and the public realm. This publication was developed in collaboration with 60 European contributors from 15 countries, such as Bjarke Ingels, Laure Kaltenbach, Carlo Ratti, and many others.
