Ben Schouten, Gabriele Ferri, and Paul Geurts visited Umeå University, Sweden, on a networking trip on Sept 13 and 14. This follows up to the visit that Mikael Wiberg, professor and associate dean at Umeå University, did to the AUAS in 2017. Among the objectives: discuss exchanges for researchers, teachers and students, and propose shared projects for the students of the M.Sc. Digital Design (AUAS) and M.Sc. Human-Computer Interaction and Social Media (UmU). Umeå University is a top institution – the Umeå Institute of Design has been ranked at the first place worldwide for the Red Dot ranking for Product Design.
