Mental health is under pressure and the demand for specialised care is growing. This calls for a shift towards informal and preventive care. Supported by digital environments for peer support, community building, and reliable information. But how do we design these environments so that public values such as privacy, inclusivity, and transparency are built in from the very start?
In Designing the Stack, we explore how to design such an environment as a “stack”: from the app and user experience to community stewardship and governance. On 10 April, we bring together professionals from the creative industries with care organisations, patient and family associations, and other societal partners.
We need your expertise. Join the conversation: where are the blind spots, which assumptions need sharpening, and which connections are still missing? This session also marks the first step towards a community of practice: an ongoing network where participants can share experiences, knowledge and ways of working throughout the project and keep the conversation going.
